November Food Drive by the SCCDP

The St. Clair County Democratic Party is conducting a November Food Drive for the Food Depot in Port Huron and SOS in Marysville.
We plan to deliver food and a contribution to each organization.
We plan to staff our office at the Blue Water Labor Temple beginning Wednesday, November 12 on select days from 4:30 pm till 6:30 pm. Stop by with non-perishable food items as well as other grocery items that are non-perishable–paper towels, toilet paper, diapers, etc.

Of particular need:
-Canned Soup (low sodium if possible)
-Canned Pasta Meals (like ravioli)
-Cereal
-Juice
-Cooking Oil
-Tuna, Salmon, Chicken (Pull Top or Foil Packs help homeless most)
-Canned Fruit (in Natural or Low Sugar Syrup)
-Any Other Non-Perishables
-Checks or Cash to Blue Water Food Depot also allows them to purchase discounted ground beef
These two pantries together serve nearly 1,500 people monthly in our communities.
