Join us at our next meeting on November 10.

Since our October meeting, we have been collecting donations for a food drive destined for the Food Depot in Port Huron and SOS in Marysville.

We will collect and deliver to these destinations in November as well as make a contribution.

We are going to ramp up our efforts for December and this winter with a Winter Wear gear drive.

We will also debrief on our activities in October as well as contemplate our action plan for 2026.

Here are some details for our food drive:

Of particular need:
-Canned Soup (low sodium if possible)
-Canned Pasta Meals (like ravioli)
-Cereal
-Juice
-Cooking Oil
-Tuna, Salmon, Chicken (Pull Top or Foil Packs help homeless most)
-Canned Fruit (in Natural or Low Sugar Syrup)
-Any Other Non-Perishables
-Checks or Cash to Blue Water Food Depot also allows them to purchase discounted ground beef

These two pantries together serve nearly 1,500 people monthly in our communities.
